Well, I put the Honda up for sale on the internets last week, and a nice gentleman came and bought it.  Picked it up last night with a shit eating grin on his face... hopefully it does him proud.

Honda Cb 360 Cafe

Started to finally get my tail section for the Honda cb cafe project painted.  Did a quick skim coat and sanded the hell out of it.  Ready for a few coats of filler primer and some more heavy sanding... should turn out cool.  Gotta get some paint mixed tomorrow and get it painted this weekend... exciting...

We R Winning

This quote might be a new mantra...:

Taking risks is important. Without risk life drags on into a mindless web of routines where the vitality of hope is slowly sucked from our memory. It's not long before we are deceived into settling for less of a life than what is actually achievable.

Progress

 Food truck rollin.
Picked up this gnarly harley fender at a swap meet this past weekend.  Sold a bunch of junk, and spent it all on breakfast pizzas and beer.
Finally got some carb rebuild parts and petcock rebuild parts for the CB 360 project.  All that is left to do is mount the mufflers/license plate/tail light and it should be ready to test ride and paint.

Also got a clutch for the KZ 750.

Cafe Seat

Made a cardboard template for the seat pan with a pocket in the fron to cover the gas tank mounting  bracket.

Cut the cardboard template up and traced it onto a piece of sheet metal.

Cut it out, bent it, and welded it up.  Gonna start covering the pan in foam tonight, and possible have it down to Freddeh to get covered this week.  Should be waiting for me when i get back into town... Woot...

I got a new set of tires today too!  Finally sprung for some red wings...

Employee of the Month!

Congratulations Grimace.  You are the Employee of the Month.
Grimace's mouse hunting skills have surpassed all of the other current employees skyrocketing his cat career even further.

 KAPOW!

 Vacation starts today.
Beer and a rest to start.  Then Ill see how much shit I can get done in the next few days...

Splorg!  I cant believe money was paid for this bike.  Total shit.  Should be a sweet brat bike in a few months though.. Just starting to tear it down... then gonna cut into it...
Hans bike back in the shop for the winter.
Made a quick battery box for the Honda CB360.  Gonna start on the seat tomorrow and get it down to the Fredster for a cover.  Then all I really need to get buttoned up is the tail light, license plate bracket, and a inner fender/mud guard and it should be ready to ride.  Hopefully before Christmas... have a few days left..

The shop when i started renting...
 Splarfff...

This is the filter after riding the fully rebuilt Yamaha engine about 50 miles.  Pretty sure this isnt normal.  Had to pull the motor out of the bike and bring it to another mechanic.  I would try and tear it down, but I need someone who knows what they are doing... Might have to try and get my money back for this one..
Last picture of the Yamaha before I rip the motor out again (5th time).
