Bratstyle
Finally got my seat covered, and got my new tire in the mail. Mounted the tire, and while i had the rear end apart i replaced the transmission drive gears with an 18t to give me a hair more top end.
Got the bike together and it rides nice and tight now... can cruise around town easily and on the highway im not winding the shit out of the motor to get it to keep up with traffic.
This thing is a blast to ride. I think the last thing im gonna do is get a different tail light and make a small sissy bar to hold the tail light and the license plate...
Here are my shop cats... wondering what the hell is wrong with me...

Yamaha Xs 650 Pegs
Made a set of pegs for the Yamaha 650 the other day. Here are some better shots of them. I am currently making a run of a few sets. If you are interested in purchasing email meh.
Honda Cb 360 Cafe
Started to finally get my tail section for the Honda cb cafe project painted. Did a quick skim coat and sanded the hell out of it. Ready for a few coats of filler primer and some more heavy sanding... should turn out cool. Gotta get some paint mixed tomorrow and get it painted this weekend... exciting...

Bratty
Well been kind of putting some projects on the back burner until my gimp hand healed. Was a good time to get the wiring done and get the motor running... Put some old headers on and took the bike for a few spins this past week. Running really good considering the motor sat for so long... fired right up.
I also took the dust covers off of the shocks im gonna use, and shortened the springs by about .5" to get the rear end to sit correctly... and not bottom out on the wheel...
Then i scavenged the exhaust from one of my other yamahas. Some side pipes that I made custom. Mounted some exhaust tips i spun on the lathe, and also spun some new footpegs on the lathe. Turning out right so far.... should have my seat back from upholstery dude today or tomorrow... woot...

Brat
Well after busting up my finger things have gone a little slower than i hoped... Finally got some friends over to help me a hand lifting the motor. Got the motor bolted up. Started making a lower mount for my rear fender. Bent up some round stock and got out my baby torch. Bent it over and welded some bungs from Lowbrow onto it. Turned out pretty good... and seems pretty sturdy. Although no one will ever see it again...
Should be ready to ride real soon... gonna get it together rough and ride the shit out of it before it snows... then tear down and paint...

Slow Going
Well had a little accident making some spacers for my rear wheel, brake stay, and clutch lever. Had a piece of round stock kick back in the grinder and popped my finger open.... just 4 or 5 stitches later and no broken bones and finished the part. Now i just have to do everything left handed.... sucks... bike is closer and closer.... got the motor in... pics later. Started the wiring this past weekend and made good progress so far....
