Got the battery box made the last couple days.  This is the first part ive welded and made from aluminum.  Pretty excited to get more experience with it!

Got my tank today...  Petcock wont work with my setup, but i can figure that out... Cut the rear hoop off the frame and cut the middle top crossmember out and welded in a simple tube...

Got a little bit more cleaned up, but tons more to do!

Got the rear tire in today.  I was worried because i ordered one of the widest they have.  I thought i was going to have to shave the tire to fit it inside the swingarm.  Looks like i got plenty of room!

Got the 19" rear wheel conversion in today!  took the front off and put it on the back!

Got the race bike started!  Im running out of the right jets so its a little rich, and the timings rough... but the motor sounds great!
