Shop Race Bike

Got the rear tire in today.  I was worried because i ordered one of the widest they have.  I thought i was going to have to shave the tire to fit it inside the swingarm.  Looks like i got plenty of room!

Counter Balance Cycles Shop race bike

Well i drug this out of the corner the other day.  Want to make a recreational flattrack/hillclimb racer.  Had this old xs 650 someone left here so i figured id get cutting!

Finished up this leather xs seat along with this diamond perf xs seat the other day.  Check them out in the shop!

Thinking i might get this thing finished up at least as a race bike.  There is an ice hill climb in NJ this month that would be awesome to rip this thing up..

Fresh Meats!

Finished wrapping this seat for Motorelic the other day!  Wrapped in Relicate Leather Smokey Burnout.

Stainless xs 650 Exhaust system

Finished fitting up this stainless exhaust system to my test mule bike.  Fits great!  Now i just need the t-bolt muff clamps and i can finish weld it!

Suzuki gs750 Brat

Had this project on the back burner for too long!  This was a really small budget bike, but i finished up the seat and got it back on the road yesterday!

Finished this up for a buddys modern triumph bonneville.  Turned out slick!

CB 550 Horween Leather Seat

Got this leather hide in from Horween leather via the Tannery Row.  This stuff is unreal.  Its the thickest material ive ever used for a seat, but it turned out great.  This is going to be a lifetime seat...

Few New Ones Done!

Finished up a couple of custom orders the other night... Both turned out pretty slick.  The tracker style one is for an xs 650 made a little thicker in the seat area and a little less kick at the back.  The smaller solo style seat is for an older Harley Ironhead...

Triumph Bonneville Seats

Ive been wanting to find time to do this for a long time.  This weekend i spent some time fitting up the first prototype seat for the newer Triumph Bonnevilles.  A friend of mine lent me his Bonneville to test on in exchange for a new custom seat.

This is just a first pass, and the seat was made to follow the grab rail attachment in the back.  Future plans for the seat design include a flat style seat...

Brown Leather custom xs 650 seat

Finished this shorty version of one of my xs 650 seats tonight using that new hide of leather i got the other day...   Turned out super nice!
