BMW Cafe Racer

Spent the last couple days working on a solution for a headlight mount for the BMW.  The stock mounts slid over the fork and set the headlight really high up.  I made some brackets that bolted to the bottom of the handle bar risers.  Then i bent and welded some steel tube to wrap around the headlight.  There is a stock bar around the headlight, so i tried to make the new mount match this...

New Shop

Finally moved out of my warehouse space... its been almost 3 years, and im gonna miss that place.  I moved into a smaller but more permanent garage.  Just a picture as im piling parts high...

Alot of work to do... but it will be worth it...

New seat in the shop!

Just got this one finished to fit the 74+ XS 650.  The only problem is that there is a nick in the vinyl on the back of the seat.  Due to this blemish this seat will be sold discount.

Custom Seat

Got this custom seat finished for a customers custom project.  Turned out rad.  Black vinyl with dark green diamond stitch.

Made some progress on the cafe bike this weekend and last night... few more adjustments and things will line up nicely...
