Just got a couple of photos of an xs 650 chop that I made a seat for a couple of months ago. Bike turned out sick! Love those colors!

More Shovelhead Time
This has been my daily rider so far this summer. So I figured I would finish up some things that i needed to do. I still need a few oil leaks fixed, but there are a few more important things i needed to do...
Got the new front forks installed and put some new caps on the tops. They are a little bigger than +6 over, but now they arent bent! Got the rear fender shortened on the underside. I used the extra length of fender to weld in where the sissy bar mounts to it so that it has some extra strength for a passenger. Then i sewed up a new p-pad for the rear fender...
Bought a one tooth bigger rear sprocket so im not bogging down so much when i start...
I did a quick pushrod adjustment on it too...

Weekend Work
Blasted out some stuff this weekend... Finished up a set of wheel spacers for a buddys Ironhead Chopper. Got all the last bits of the KZ750 twin 1-2 intake manifolds sorted and they are ready to put in the store.
Wrenched on the shovelhead some more... Did some more timing tuning and carb tuning on it. Still need to change to a hotter plug and maybe go down a size on the main jet... After that it should be ready to rip all summer... Hopefully it makes it to the winter so i can tear it down proper...
I also got the bmw r60 into the studio and got some great shots of it... Stay tuned for the photo set when its finished...
