Short Shop Night

Got out in the shop and worked on the tail section of the suzuki gs 750...  Got the tail light mounted and everything in place...

Have been getting ahead on manifolds.  Got all the tooling set up, and have everything fitting like i want it to.  This ones all ready to be clocked and welded.

New Stainless xs650 Intake Manifolds in the store!

Been working on sourcing all the parts for these.  The first one is finally finished!  I will be making a very small one person run of these soon, so they will be built to order for a little bit.  Please allow 1 week lead time if you plan to order soon.

Stainless steel tubing tig welded.  Comes with high quality high temp silicone coupler, hose clamps, hardware, and gaskets designed to fit the Yamaha xs650 all years.  They are in the store now!

Coming Soon! XS 650 1-2 Intake Manifold + Carb Kit

Ive been working on getting a kit put together that combines the 1-2 intake manifold with a Mikuni VM 36 Roundslide carb with a baseline jetting for the xs 650.  These should be ready, and available in the store in the next couple of weeks.

Also ive been getting caught up with making seats and actually have seats in stock ready to ship.

Yamaha XS 650 1-2 Intake Manifolds

Just finished the first of the final intake manifolds.  This one is finished raw, but there will be a painted satin black version as well.  Manifold will fit custom bikes, and is not designed to work with a stock xs650.  The manifold is designed to work with Mikuni 34-36mm VM Roundslide carbs.  Other applications will work as well. 

This manifold is in stock in my store.  More to follow in the next week.
